Achievable DoF Regions of Three-User MIMO Broadcast Channel With Delayed CSIT

For the two-user multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) broadcast channel with delayed state information at transmitter (CSIT) and arbitrary antenna configurations, all degrees-of-freedom (DoF) regions are obtained. However, for three-user MIMO CSIT DoF region of order-2 messages is still unclear only a partial achievable order-1 obtained, where desired by two receivers one receiver, respectively. In this paper, we first design transmission schemes messages.
